On Friday September 27, Melrose opened the doors to its latest concept space, still focused on men’s hairdressing, but with a major new concept. Located in the dynamic Brezet zone on the outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand, this exclusive evening was held within these new walls, with the surprise for our guests of discovering strong brands and institutions participating in our event.
The invitation-only inauguration evening brought together our most loyal customers, prestigious partners and new visitors in a festive atmosphere, featuring a tasteful playlist, an exceptional aperitif dinner and rich exchanges between our hairdressing professionals.
Our new tagline
As soon as you enter our brand-new MELROSE space, you’ll notice the particular care taken in designing this universe rich in detail and design inspiration. The harmony between the raw material of concrete and the delicate reflective and luminous touch of stainless steel, balanced by the furniture with its touches of green, preserves the elegance of the space while bringing a singular comfort.
Located at 19 avenue de l’agriculture in the Brezet area, this brand-new space includes a beard and hair styling environment and another area focused on the concept of tasting quality coffee from around the world. While the barber shop area and its renowned services remain unchanged since the early days of Melrose, the addition of a coffee area is a new feature, revealing our ambitions and our desire to diversify the MELROSE name into new concept spaces of this kind at the heart of new, exciting ambitions.
MELROSE coffee
The evening was an opportunity for us to talk to our guests about our future ambitions, and in particular about the design and expectations surrounding MELROSE café. Without altering the design of our hair salon in Brezet, the idea behind MELROSE café is to offer a space that extends our universe, while creating a gateway to a new area of activity that makes sense with what we offer as a base.
A cup for the gentleman and a matcha oat milk for the lady, our concept space is designed to work in perfect harmony, but also completely independently of each other. The inauguration was an opportunity for some of our guests to get to know our coffee area and taste some of the leading beverages in this new universe, such as Brazilian coffee beans, pure-origin hot chocolate and, for some, matcha 100% made in Japan.
Our coffee area is open to all, with no need or obligation to have your hair done. Make it your own, and use it as you please: as a comfortable waiting room for your next team meeting, as a place to catch up with friends or customers?
